I am so pleased with the service at every level that I received from Granite Depot of Columbus! I reached out from an online ad and Alina responded promptly! I met with her and looked at her inventory as well as more stone in local warehouses, but they didn’t have the product I had in mind. My goal was to work with my existing sold oak cabinets (I recently downsized from a larger home) and I wanted to update and beautify my kitchen with an outstanding granite and make it the focal point. The stone I wanted was not to be found in our area, but Alina and her company went out of their way to make sure I achieved my goals and brought the stone in from New Jersey! They removed my existing counter tops, created templets and installed the products efficiently and made sure that the design pattern flowed beautifully! I would recommend them highly! Marina, Alina, and Val as well as their support team had great suggestions and worked hard to achieve success! FYI, this is the third time I have purchased granite for my home and I did reach out to the previous company I worked with and did not receive the level of service that I received from Alina which is why I chose to work with Granite depot of Columbus.
Worked with Alina during the whole process of buying countertops, from walking in to after installation. Such a pleasure working with her! Very pleased with the work, material, and price. Just needed to do a refresh in the kitchen and the countertop was on the list. This was to be installed on existing cabinets. I have been in and around construction a good portion of my 70 years, but just did not feel like lugging quartz tops around. I also understood what to expect and what not expect. I checked with Granite Depot first because of the reviews. Very fast response to all my questions and got a quote right away. Doing my due diligence, I checked around locally (outside of the Columbus area) for the same service (removal and installation) and just felt like Granit Depot was where I needed to go. My wife and I went over and looked at the selection (which had plenty to choose from) and picked out our slab. Staff were friendly and informative. The final quote (removal, top, sink, measurement, installation, and a small charge for the longer distance) was what was expected. The measurement was scheduled for a few days later. The person arrived as expected and did the measurement. A few points about this part. First, I was not for sure if the top had to come off to do the measurement. This is because if the backsplash is formed and attached to the top (which mine was), I was told that it would have to be removed to do an accurate measurement. So, I disconnected all the plumbing (they do not do this part - water lines, drains, garbage disposal, etc.). Consequently, the top did not have to be taken off. Most likely because it was a very sharp 90 degree turn up the backsplash. This left me without a working sink in the kitchen. No big deal, just plan on it either way. The edges of the original top on both sides of the range were not parallel. This caused a gap along the side of the range and the top. I asked if the new top could be adjusted accordingly, and it was. Now there is no gap, a perfect fit. The actual removal and installation were then scheduled for about a week later. Again, they arrived as expected and got started. The old top was off shortly, and the cabinets were prepped (some old glue was chiseled and/or cut off) for the new top. The new top was installed. The sink was attached. The hole was drilled for the faucet. The seams between the backsplash and the top were caulked. Note: They did not caulk between the backsplash and the walls. I really did not want them too anyway because I was going to paint and was going to do the caulking myself. So don't expect that to be done. They had a small shop vac and cleaned up whatever mess there was laying around. Note: Since this was an install over existing cabinets, scrap material was inevitably going to fall down in the drawers and cabinets. Good time to get in there and clean out and organize the drawers. Overall, I could not ask for a better job to be done. Well, worth it. My wife loves it. So, I am very happy! Thanks to Granite Depot and Alina.
From my very first interaction with Alina, she was always so eager to help and try to work within our budget. She sent multiple photos of both granite and quartz for our review. Ultimately we did go to the office to look at slabs. From the time we chose the quartz we wanted until installation was exactly 10 days!! So fast and efficient and it looks absolutely beautiful.
We just had our countertops installed and they are beautiful. From the very beginning with setting up a date to view the countertops to the installation. The whole process took about 2 weeks total. It’s been a great experience!

They have a very quick process, and they keep you fully updated throughout. I could not be happier with the final product and the value the quartz counters have added to my home. Amazing experience from start to finish. I was called the same day I provided my information for an estimate. Michalla came out for my estimate, I met her at the office to view the quartz options, we scheduled the template that day, and Val was out within the week. My new countertops are already installed, look amazing, and they were great! Not pushy, knowledgeable, and installers were early/professional. I can’t say enough about how great this experience was. This company does beautiful work, and our new Quartz countertops were installed within 2 weeks from when we first went to their store on Harrisburg Pike in Columbus, Ohio. The price was great too! $75 sq ft installed.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The finished product is beautiful. They did everything to create a gorgeous kitchen. They removed my old countertop, put the new one in, added a new stainless steel sink, and It only took around 2-3 hours. Their prices are very affordable and I feel it is a great company. I ordered my quartz and got it placed in my kitchen one week later. I’m very happy!
Granite Depot of Columbus is a great choice for any of your countertop needs. Alina was very responsive and had an estimate and material options ready for me within an hour via text. After choosing my material, they scheduled the measurements for 5 days later. After the measurements took place, the install was scheduled for 6 days later. The whole process took less than 2 weeks from first contact to install. I would recommend Granite Depot in the future. Their prices are very hard to beat!.
This whole process has been simple and swift. Granite Depot of Columbus went above and beyond all expectations. From the contract signing to completion was 8 days. We love our granite countertop. They called the very next day to follow up with us. I definitely will use them again if I ever have the opportunity and will recommend them to everyone I can. Thank you so very much.
